Earlier this month my littles came home rattling off (of course in one long run on sentence) what they learned about the holiday traditions celebrated by other cultures. Our brood celebrates Christmas and boy were the kids especially eager this year for that "magical" day to arrive. However, their excitement for Christmas preparations paled in comparison to the enthusiasm and interest they showed regarding other celebrations. So today, I want to take a moment to thank my children and all the children around the world for continuing to bring us together not only during the holidays but in those moments of both utter turmoil and bliss.
